All these ingredients were standy earlier that mum n i woke up at 5 something earlier morning.....see the fat porks......and it took 4 hours to steam with the traditional style like using the charcoal or wooden woods to burn and put all the dumplings into the metal pails than started to put on fire like boiling water .....
